冬天常常駛過一個農莊   I often drove by a farm in winter

馬  冷落的鉛絲網       Horses, barbwire fences of lead

樹  乾涸的河床         Trees, and a dried stream bed

今早  我忽然覺得       I suddenly felt this morning

有一些異樣             Something was unusual

嫩柳在絲絲飄忽         Fresh willow branches were swinging

牡馬在頻頻昂仰         And stallions were restless and leaping

馬  樹和我之間         Amongst horses, trees, and I

互傳著什麼消息？       What message are we trying to imply?

或僅僅是為了一片       Or. is it just, just owing to

乍暖的空氣             Some warmer air goes through
