我問上帝

 “什麼是詩?”

上帝回應:

＂詩是雄雞在黎明時的啼聲,

　詩是母親的乳房,

　詩是嬰兒的臉頰,

　詩是第一道曙光,

　詩是你內心深處的“愛”的傾訴。＂

我又問上帝,

“上帝, 我是一個詩人嗎?”

...在浩瀚無垠的沉默中沒有回應。

　Asking God

"What is poetry?"

God answers:
＂Poetry is the rooster cry at dawn,
  Poetry is the mother's breast,
  Poetry is the baby's cheek,
  Poetry is the first light,
  Poetry is the "love" that talks to you deep inside you.＂

I ask God,

"God, am I a poet?"

... I get no answer in the vastness of the infinite silence.
