在那些活在烽火裡的日子，

收藏的是一個無助的童年，

驚恐的回憶；

零星的片段。

在那些活在鐵幕裡的日子，

收藏的是一個無知的少年，

枯燥的日記；

矛盾的家園。

在那些離鄉背井後的日子，

收藏的是一個憂鬱的青年，

理想的破滅；

生活的挑戰。

在如今飽經風霜後的日子，

收藏的是一個成熟的中年，

坎坷的人生；

未了的心願。

MY COLLECTION

For those days living in the war-fire

Collected was a helpless childhood

With horrifying memory

 And scattering quarters and dimes

For those days living in the Iron Curtain

Collected was an innocent boyhood

With a boring diary

And a contradictory country

For those days after I left far away

Collected was a sentimental youth hood

With a broken mind

And a challenging life

For these days now after I have suffered enough

Collected is a mature middle age

With troubled experience

And wishes in patience
