WORD   PROCESSING

                                   By Yuzhong

Words are so nice and wise

That I process them in pride

With Microsoft Word

To make a “Weekly Work Schedule”

I use big fonts for the title

To bold the importance of working

Then I type in the keyboard and point out who is writing

And date the days and ask who the boss is

Following by couples of empty slash and dash

Underlying are Tables

Auto filled with regular Structures

On that I Row the name and Column the day

With letter bold enough to also date

By some points I draw thick and thin lines

With horizontal or vertical clicking

At that time I see the framework

Is like working with the gridline

Mingling with black and white inside

Go ahead and shade the border if you’d like

Under the Table you can also end it

With addition of notes and numbers

Finally, I save it as

Word documents

And I Print preview my work

Before I print out

From my printer

The “Weekly Work Schedule”

PS:  My Chief Chef in the company asked me to fix and make a “Weekly Work Schedule” form so that it would be easier for him to arrange the schedule for kitchen personnel since he had known that I knew a little bit of Word Processing. I happily accepted the assignment. After I finished the job, I was so proud of myself that I wrote down this poem to show my joy. Hope you don’t mind......
