夏末的感覺Feelings at the End of Summer

   夏末有一種異樣的陽光  At the end of Summer the sun changes its light

   像人到中年漸收起青芒  As a mid-aged man becoming less sharp and bright

 興高采烈的日子已屬過去  Gone are all the exciting days of season past

   心情若學童般回到課堂  Now, feelings are like the children back to school at last

     遠山已展示一種黛色  The distant hills present a touch of darkish green

   黃葉像獨木舟漂在草上  Some yellow leaves fall on the lawn like canoes drifting

   那些縱情或懶散的往事  Memories of either indulgence or of lazy days

     會在日記中漸漸淡忘  Will be slowly fading away from our diaries

   九月將有隻多淚的眼睛  Yet, September will have its wet and teary eyes

     不像盛夏那樣地開朗  Unlike the mid-summer days bright and clear

   過掉孳長及飽滿的一季  After a season of overgrowth and saturation

   瘦了的秋等我們去欣賞  The newly slimmed Autumn is awaiting our appreciation
