午後茶

   ——丁酉夏至

舫外荷塘處處花，

黃桃梅子累枝椏。

憑風剪斷江南雨，

漫品琴房午後茶。

Afternoon Tea

---On the Summer Solstice,2017

Outside a boat lingers near flowers in the lotus pond;

branches are laden with peaches and plums.

The wind, like a pair of scissors, cuts the rain south of the Yangtze River

while I sit and enjoy a cup of afternoon tea at the music studio.
